Being Truly Loving:
Being truly loving means doing all those thankless tasks we do for others without complaining about the fact that they are thankless.…When we seek recognition for our actions, our action is no longer purely about loving the other person, but about the person knowing what we have done.
'Lord, Lord' - Deeds:
In today's Gospel Jesus insists that if we profess Him to be the Lord of our lives, we must also follow His Teachings fully in our daily living. Otherwise, our claim on Him will be mere words that are devoid of sincerity and filled with hypocrisy.
