Generosity, Love and Forgiveness:
In a world made gloomy by the false image of a vengeful God, good deeds are floodlights shining upon a new portrait of God. This image glistens with the hallowed hues of the human heart—generosity, love and forgiveness.
Insecurity – Truth:
In today’s Gospel, John the Baptist proclaimed that Jesus is the “Chosen One.” John never promoted his own popularity even though he had a big following. Are we secure enough to affirm the truth that we see in others e.g. their talents, wealth and goodness and the like.
