The Hope of Others:
Peacemakers must become the hope of others. We must incarnate this emotion and virtue for others. The poor, the alienated and those who have no voice in society, must rely upon us for their dreams to become reality.
Jesus’ Teachings and Power:
In today’s Gospel, Jesus’ Teachings and His divine power to expel evil spirits astounded people. Are we also touched by Jesus’ Teachings of the Good News of Salvation? Do we feel blessed to be given guidance on how to live daily in God’s ways?

Suffering is transformed into joy by the force of hope that comes from faith, because Christian martyrs, like Christ and by union with him, intimately accept the cross and transform it into an action of love.
