Praise You:
Praise you Lord that I hear you in the gentle breeze, The cooing of the dove, The ripple of the water. But it is in the silence of my own heart That I hear your still, small voice Speaking only to me.
Jesus’ Ministry – Prayer:
In today’s Gospel, great crowds were gathering to listen to Jesus and to be cured by Him. However, He went off to a lonely place to pray. We may be doing many good things for people, but if we are not connected to Jesus through our prayer life, we may be serving them for the wrong motives.
***********************************************************************************
Judge nothing until the Lord comes, who will bring to light both the hidden things of darkness and will make manifest the counsels of the heart.
