Open My Heart:
Loving God, Divine Oneness, open my heart, mind and being to the unity of all life. Help me to see and hear your Word in myself, my neighbor, in all my relationships and all of creation. Let the Word open in me like a lotus so that the Christ consciousness may find expression through me.
Serving God:
In today’s Gospel, Jesus reminds us that if we want to serve Him fully, we must detach ourselves from the trappings of the secular world. This is so that we can be fully focused on how God wants us to serve Him. Do we serve God’s people with single-mindedness or with divided attention?
