Prayer for the Lost and Confused:

Lost and confused. Find me, Lord. Make it clear.
Lost and confused. Hasten to me, Sweet Jesus.
Lost and confused. I cry out to God. Only He can save me from the snare of despair and sorrow.
Lost and confused. God can!

Judgement – Faith:

In today’s Gospel Jesus asserts that first we look at our own faults and sinfulness before we pass harsh judgements on others. Humility will help us purify our prejudices and develop a more Christ-like view of others. Pray for the grace to know how to live and relate with others.

**********************************************************************************************

Let your prayer be completely simple, for both the publican and the prodigal son were reconciled to God by a single phrase. Do not launch into long discussions that fritter away your mind in efforts for eloquence. A single word full of faith saved the good thief.

- Saint John Climacus
