Prayer at Christmas Time:
With glad hearts we joyfully come to the manger to worship the child. And with glad hearts we run to share the news of God living among us and sharing our lives. May the wonder of Christmas renew us, Lord. May our faith make us strong, humble and childlike. We ask this in the name of Jesus, reborn again and again in our lives. Amen.
Jesus’ Beloved Disciple:
In today’s Gospel, John is affirmed as the “one whom Jesus loved.” John had a special place in Jesus’ heart. How special is Jesus to you? Is Jesus your Saviour whom you can relate to personally? How much of your precious and personal time do you give to God daily?
