Precious Spirit,Headaches and heartaches sometimes haunt my days.At other times I can be with you in peace and calm and love.Show me the pathways through all of my life: the darkness and the light,The sadness and pain,The lightness of joy.

A man has to go thru the following cycle in order to experience humility.
To be mad, then to be sad followed by to be glad
For it is when he has gone thru the madness and sadness of life (he goes out crying but return with joy) that he can be a true witness of Christ.
