Seeds of Joy Amid Sadness:
Sowing seeds of joy amid our own or another’s sadness requires both prayer—a prayer of assurance and confidence that God is looking out for me—and action, more aptly a servant’s surrender and acceptance of consequences.

In today’s Gospel, Jesus praised the paralytic for his deep faith. If Jesus were to look into our hearts today, would He find deep faith in us? What do you think are the different challenges that Jesus would pose to you about the way you live your Christian faith daily?
