Reach Down, O Lord:

Jesus, Our Savior, knock down with your wounded hand at the closed doors of our hearts and call to us in the streets of life. Give us direction in the confusion and cares of this painful journey. Stay with us, O Lord, for evening comes and the shadows grow long.

Belief - Good Works:

In today's Gospel, Jesus tells us that if we have a strong belief in Him as our Way, Truth and Life, then we should be able to do 'great works' for Him. However, our motives must be clear and our zeal rooted in our love, trust and hope in Him.
