Raise the Fallen:
Our Lady of Victories sees the thrones of the mighty destroyed, their royal chambers ruined, their fragile egos shattered. She knows that all who are trampled and manipulated will be raised up to take their place in the palace of the King. She offers tribute to God for the lengths to which he will go to raise up all who are fallen.
Harm - Faith:
In today’s Gospel Jesus tells us that people can harm us in different ways. However, we should avoid the greatest harm, i.e. the one that can harm our faith. Thus, all other forms of harm e.g. to our reputation, should be measured in the light of how they affect our relationship with God.

Live in such a way that all may know that you bear outwardly as well as inwardly the image of Christ crucified, the model of all gentleness and mercy.
- St. Paul of the Cross (1694-1775)
