Our Glorious World:

God offers us a glorious world, a world filled with beauty and so complex that we will probably never exhaust it mysteries. Even more, God offers us a part to play in that world. God calls us to share in its creation, to help make it what it was destined to become from the beginning. Nobody else can play the part that God has written for each of us.

We too must imitate Christ if we truly love him. We shall not be able to render better return on that love than by modeling our lives on his. "Christ suffered for us, leaving us an example, that we should follow in his steps."

- Saint Augustine (From a sermon on St. Lawerence)
