Staying in Tune:
Our egos seem programmed to put the best face on everything we do, even to the point of defending hurtful, sinful behaviors. Without concrete ways to keep tabs on these dispositions and actions, we risk living a life that is not in tune with the truth of ourselves, our reality and God.
