Take Up My Cross:
To take up my cross daily is to lay down the yoke of self and to take up the yoke of self-giving love, following Jesus as he carries his cross, summoning the passion of my whole life in his passion. Such faith and such passion defy analysis; we can only understand them as we live in God with all our heart, living in his passion.
