Breaking the Chain:
Our first reaction to those who hate us, hurt us, cheat us, steal from us and quarrel with us, is often far more human than divine. Those habits—thoughtless, unloving, selfish acts—are broken only by prayer and a deepening awareness of the divinity within.
Jesus - Mystery of His Sufferings:
Why must the Son of God suffer so grievously like a criminal? Why did Jesus not use His divine power to "defeat His enemies"? God's Ways are beyond us. In times of pain, remember Jesus' sufferings and trust Him totally to give you the graces you need.
