Wondrous Creation:

How beautiful and wondrous is your creation, Creator God. How marvelous are your works! Pour the fullness of your creative energy into us as we gather to reflect and pray about the grandeur of your work.

Pie in the Sky:

Long-haired preachers come out every night,Try to tell you what's wrong and what's right; But when asked how 'bout something to eat They will answer with voices so sweet:You will eat, bye and bye,In that glorious land above the sky;Work and pray, live on hay,You'll get pie in the sky when you die.

The Church herself is a field, within which seeds and weeds, the good and the wicked, grow together, a place where there is room to grow, to be converted and above all to imitate God's patience. The wicked exist in this world either to be converted or that through them the good may exercise patience.

- St. Augustine
