Jesus in Our Lives:
In each of our lives, Jesus comes as the Bread of Life—to be eaten, to be consumed by us. This is how he loves us. Then Jesus comes in our human life as the hungry one, the other, hoping to be fed by the love in our heart, by the service of our hands.
Wiser Than Men:
Children, who play life, discern its true law and relations more clearly than grown men and women, who fail to live it worthily, but who think they are wiser by experience, that is, by failure.
Illness – Faith: People brought the sick and dying to Jesus to be cured. We too should seek Jesus when we are in need. However, we should seek Jesus with a sincere heart that loves Him and not to use Him solely in time of need. What signs in your life show that you love Jesus?
********************************************
You cannot have God for your Father if you do not have the Church for your mother.... God is one and Christ is one, and his Church is one; one is the faith, and one is the people cemented together by harmony into the strong unity of a body.
- Saint Cyprian (200 - 258)
