Walk Along With Jesus:
Saints are not content to follow Jesus…but they do the very best to “catch up” and walk along with him as companions. Their concern is to focus on Jesus himself and not on any benefit to themselves. They are not distracted by any reputation they might leave behind in death.
Judgments:
Jesus says that if we judge others, we too will be judged by God. Do we get angry with others for their faults and sins, but forget that our sins may be “bigger and more serious?” Ponder on the truth of these challenges of Jesus today and ask yourself, “Am I judgmental towards others?”
Reflection:
If your mind wanders as you read [the Psalms], do not give up, but hurry back and try again. Above all, realize that you are in God's presence;hold your heart there in wonder as if before your sovereign. Sit waiting, content with God's gift, like a little chick tasting and eating nothing but what its mother brings.
