Divine Sparks:

All of us have a spark of God in us. What we do with that divine spark is our spirituality.

Holiday Joy:

There is a school of thought that suggests that if you find a job that you like, you will not have to work one day in your life—every day will be a holiday. I might add to this saying, “When we learn that work can be a prayer, every day of our lives will be a holy day.”

He who lives from faith not only loves God, but feels impelled to make others love him. Hence the fever of saints to sacrifice their whole selves for the salvation of souls. And hence those wonders of charity and zeal that we read about in their lives and that call forth the admiration of every age.

- Blessed John Baptist Scalabrini (1835-1905)

- St. Josemaria Esctriva' (1902-1975)
