Love:
At the time of death, when we meet God face-to-face, we will be judged concerning love, concerning how much we have loved. Not concerning how much we have accomplished, but rather how much love we have put into what we have done.

One of the secrets of living a "stress-free" life is to give up all unimportant preoccupations in our lives. Give your energy and attention to the essentials of life e.g. building up family unity, loving God, being compassionate to the poor, developing a meaningful prayer life, etc.
